- Blood Donation Camps: In association with Civil Hospital, Rajkot, the school organizes three blood donation camps annually. To date, it has organized 35 blood donation camps, collecting 6,226 units and approximately 21,80,150 cc of blood, making a significant impact on the community.
- HelpAge India: The school steps up to support the elderly through various activities, with a major initiative being its continuous support to HelpAge India since 2016. The school has consistently donated between 8 lakhs to 17 lakhs annually. In 2024-25, students and parents helped collect over 37 lakhs, making Modi School a top contributor nationally.
- Tree Plantation: Students, parents, and teachers planted over 8,000 trees to instill environmental responsibility and civic pride.
- Vadil Vandana: A program to honor senior citizens from old age homes, fostering empathy, care, and intergenerational bonding.
- Social Visits: Students regularly visit old age homes and orphanages, developing respect, sympathy, and empathy for the community.
